Confidentiality (NDA)
We sign NDAs before any project discussions. Your ideas, data, and business information are completely confidential and protected.
Code Ownership
You own 100% of the code, designs, and deliverables upon final payment. We provide full source code and documentation.
Payment Terms
Typical structure: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-point milestone, 30% on completion. Flexible payment plans available for larger projects.
Post-Launch Support
30 days of free bug fixes and support after launch. Extended maintenance and feature development available on monthly retainer.
