Agreement to Terms

By engaging Anantya Labs for development or design services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before starting any project with us.

Services

Anantya Labs provides mobile app development, web development, and UI/UX design services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.

Payment Terms

  • Standard payment structure: 30% upfront, 40% at milestone, 30% on completion
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in project contracts

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment:

  • Clients receive full ownership of custom code and designs created for their project
  • We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio (unless NDA specifies otherwise)
  • Third-party libraries and frameworks remain under their respective licenses

Confidentiality

All project information, business data, and communications are treated as confidential. We're happy to sign NDAs before project discussions begin.

Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to scope changes, feedback delays, or unforeseen technical challenges. We'll communicate proactively about any timeline changes.

Post-Launch Support

  • 30 days of free bug fixes after launch
  • Bug fixes cover issues in delivered code, not new feature requests
  • Extended maintenance available via monthly retainer

Limitation of Liability

Anantya Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed to date, and deliverables produced will be provided to the client.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
